JESSIE & TYLER
cabin elopement | salt lake, utah
When Jessie and Tyler reached out about their elopement, we were thrilled! Their vision of a cozy, nature-filled celebration in a mountain A-Frame in Park City sounded like a dream come true.
These two gorgeous ladies described themselves as introverts who love nature, their cats, and each other. They wanted their wedding to be an intimate affair with just ten close friends, and their approach to eloping was as thoughtful and unique as they are. Their goal was a special day that reflected their love for nature and their preference for a simple, personal celebration.
Leading up to their wedding, we had the pleasure of working with Jessie and Tyler to help them plan every detail—from colors and ceremony layout to flower ideas. Helping them design their dream elopement from scratch was incredibly rewarding, and it was clear that every element of their day was carefully considered.
We were lucky enough to spend not just one, but two days documenting their love. On Friday, we kicked off their elopement weekend with a private, cozy session at their Airbnb. It was the perfect way to start, letting us capture their genuine connection in a relaxed setting. Although Jessie and Tyler were a bit nervous about being in front of the camera, their nerves quickly melted away as they playfully connected with each other.
A standout feature of their elopement was the custom games they created for their guests. Each guest also received a personalized gift, adding a thoughtful touch to the day. The attention to detail that Jessie and Tyler put into their elopement was truly inspiring.
After their dreamy ceremony, signing the marriage license, an outfit change, couples photos, and cake cutting, the day ended with a lovely gathering around a long table. They shared stories and laughter with their friends, and the highlight was the traditional Hot Pot meal they prepared together. It was such a special experience to be part of, capturing the warmth and intimacy of their celebration.
